There are so many moving parts during a wedding celebration that it can be hard to celebrate without some help. That’s where day-of coordination comes into play!

Day-of coordination is so much more than just “day-of,” and that’s why we actually call it Month-Of Event Management. In the month leading up to your big day, we make sure all of your vendors are on the same page, create schedules down to the minute, and smooth out foreseeable conflicts. Then, we can take care of the set-up, tear-down, and everything in between – and there’s a lot in between! Big details, like queuing your bridal party to walk down the aisle. And finer ones, like making sure cutlery is evenly spaced. We can also help you to avoid silly mistakes like your aunt trying to light the plastic flames of your battery-operated candles with a barbecue lighter (seriously, we’ve heard of this happening on multiple occasions).

You should be able to enjoy your day to the fullest, and your day-of (or month-of) coordinator is there to make sure that happens. Like we always say, you sip champagne, and we’ll handle the details.
